I have been going to this location for the last 6 year's now. The store manager Sean has always been very polite and on point. I know everyone by name. I myself have worked in retail and I know how it is to be behind the counter plenty of times. The other day my wife purchased a 99 cent Sprite on her way to work. I approached Ann at the counter and said to her very nicely what had happened with my wife. She said yes we were out of Sprite the other day. My wife paid for the drink and it was seltzer water she was on her way to work and couldn't turn back. 1st mistake Ann made was acknowledge that there was no Sprite, 2nd refuse to give me a simple 99 cent drink, 3rd when my wife decided to go in and tell Ann the situation Ann told my wife that I went in with an attitude and she had an attitude. Not once did I give Ann an attitude. DJ was standing right there an can testify I did not have an attitude plus they have cameras and can look for themselves. Just because of a 99 cent drink if I see Ann working the counter I WILL NOT GO IN THE STORE TO MAKE A SINGLE PURCHASE!!!
What Ann did was uncalled for and very unprofessional. This customer service was not customer friendly service and believe me I will be contacting corporate and the store manager Sean. I have been very friendly to the staff and they know that!!!! I had to make this public. Something I never would do unless someone really pissed me off!!!!

11:15am 8/24/14. They gave $20 bill change with the huge missing corner, I told the guy right away, but he said to me "that all we have right now". I went to fill gas to the car, and came back to buy $5 lottery ticket by using that $20 bill. The girl said she will not take it back, but I told her the guy he just gave to me. Finally they sold the $5 ticket to me, but feel like they treat the beggar.
